Students remaining in residence during half term holidays will be invoiced to their account at the holiday rate.
All disbursements listed to students accounts will be charged at the end of each term.
Items include are , Airport transfers, IELTS Exam entrance fees, UCAS application .
Any authorised extra English lessons or 1:1 lessons in other subjects.
Specialist EFL text books as required.
Any damages or incidentals not listed above.

General English – 15 hours’ tuition from £450.00 per week
Intensive English – 21 hours’ tuition from £590.00 per week

Group Programme - Prices range from: £395 .00 to £495.00 per week
There is NO registration fee. There are 3 terms per year. The IB is a 2 year course.
Students remaining at St George’s during half term holidays and Christmas & Easter Holidays will be invoiced at the holiday rate.

How to apply
To apply you can use the online form or download the PDF form to print-off, fill-in and return to us by post or fax.
Please complete the Registration Form, preferably by email or by fax and return it to us as soon as possible. We will confirm within 24 (working) hours. If you do not hear from us, please send your form again or telephone. At the same time you should send the deposit (see below). The balance of fees is due 4 weeks before the start of the course. Note: if you register less than 4 weeks before the start of your course, the whole fees are due (you can save bank charges if you pay the whole fees at one time!).

Deposits
Deposits are required at the time of booking (please see Terms & Conditions). For academic-year courses a deposit of £650 is required. This is to cover extra costs, for example, exam fees, taxis and optional extras and it is refunded at the end of the course, less any expenses incurred. For all other courses a deposit of £200 is required, refunded at the end of the course, less any expenses incurred (see above), unless other factors stated in our terms of business are applicable.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The deposit should be paid at the time of booking the course. The remainder of the fees should be paid in full 4 weeks before the start of the course. In the event of late payment, there is no guarantee that a place will be reserved.
- Payment can be made by bank transfer to the school’s bank account.

- In the event of cancellation, the deposit plus full fees will be returned if the cancellation is due to being refused a UK entry visa. The cancellation must be made in writing at least 2 weeks before the course starts and evidence of the embassy refusal must be provided. Cancellation for any other reason must be made in writing and received at least 2 weeks before the start date, but the deposit will not be refunded. There is no refund if cancellation is not made in writing or is less than 2 weeks before the start date.
- Airport transfers should be requested at the time of booking a course. Flight details must be supplied to the school a minimum of one week before the arrival date. Students requiring return transfers should inform the school of their flight details at the start of their course.
- When booking exam courses, the exam fee should be paid at the time of booking and no later than 8 weeks before the exam date. This fee is additional to the total tuition fees. It is expected that a student would follow a course of a minimum of 8 weeks prior to taking an exam, depending on the student’s level of English.
- Laptops and mobile phones for students under 18 years should be registered with the centre upon arrival.
- Students should be aware of the St George’s House Rules and class dress code.
- Drugs and alcohol tests may be randomly given if the centre thinks it appropriate.
- Students are advised to arrange their own insurance to cover personal injury, loss of belongings or cancellation or curtailment due to illness. This should be arranged at the time of booking their travel.
- The lowest English language level the school accepts is Elementary. In the event of a student’s ability being below this, ie a complete beginner, the student will be asked to take extra individual and group lessons at their own cost, until such time as they have reached the required level to continue with the rest of the group. The school envisages this to be for 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the student’s ability.
- Buckswood St George’s, is essentially a residential centre. Home stay accommodation can be arranged by special application to the centre. However, whilst Buckswood St George’s will make every effort to ensure the chosen family meets the student’s needs, the centre cannot guarantee that every family will meet all students’ personal requirements.
